Method 1: Build an Order Link/Shopping Cart Icon

From the navigation menu, you can click the Build an Order link to quickly add products to your Shopping Cart.

Alternatively, from any page in the portal, click the Shopping Cart icon (in the header navigation area).
Key Tip:
Selecting either the Build an Order link or the Shopping Cart icon will both take you directly to your Shopping Cart to add products to your cart.

Enter the product code and quantity you wish to order and then click Add to Cart to move your entered information to the lower-half of the page.
Key Tip:
Repeat the above process to enter additional product codes and quantities to your Shopping Cart as needed. If no quantity is entered, it will default to 1.
Country-specific Functionality:
The Line Item # field only applies to Australia and New Zealand. It is an optional field which may be used by the customer to enter a line item number for their own reference.
Method 2: Quick Add to Cart from Home Page

On the Home page, you can click the Quick Add to Cart button to quickly add products to your Shopping Cart.

Clicking the Quick Add to Cart button will prompt the Quick Add to Cart pop-up to display, which enables you to enter the product numbers and quantities for up to 6 products.
Key Tip:
When typing the product number, ensure there are no spaces entered as that will not be recognized as a valid code, and will trigger an error message.

Click Add to Cart to take you to the Shopping Cart page with your entered information moved to the lower-half of the page.
Key Tip:
Clicking the Add to Cart button once will add the selected products to the Shopping Cart, and update the quantity number on the cart icon ( ). To avoid duplicating Shopping Cart quantities, avoid pressing the button more than once.
Important Information:
Repeat the above process to enter additional product codes and quantities to your Shopping Cart as needed. If the Quantity field is left blank, the quantity will default to 1.
Method 3: Upload a File

On the Home page, click the Instructions and Templates link to download an Excel template if you have not already done so.

Enter the product codes and quantities you wish to order into the Excel template and save the file locally.
Key Tip:
Please ensure that the data entered are in text format. The default cell format is set to text, but if the data are pasted from elsewhere and are in a non-text format, the upload will not work.

Select the Upload a File link from the Home page.

Search for and select your file, and click Open to return to the Home page.

Click Add to Cart to add your uploaded information to your Shopping Cart.

You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart page. You can view your added items in the lower half of the page.
Method 4: Add from a Template

The Add from a Template option is good to use when you periodically order the same set of products and have already saved those products as a Template. You can update the products and quantities before placing the actual order.

Follow these steps to add items to your cart using Add from a Template:

On the Home page, click the Order From a Template link to display the list of available templates for your selected account.

Select your desired Template Name hyperlink to display the template information.

Select Add to Cart and the Products/Quantities are added to your Shopping Cart.

Select the Build an Order link or Shopping Cart icon to display your Shopping Cart with your template information added to the lower-half of the page.
Key Tip:
When you use a Template for a new order, you will be able to revise the actual products and quantities within the Shopping Cart before submitting your order.

Create a New Template

You can also click the Create a New Template button on the Templates page to create a new order template.

On the Create New Template page, enter a template name.

Enter each desired product and quantity you want added and select Add to Template to add this information to the lower-half of the page. Repeat this process to add additional products to this template.

You can select the Share with Other Users checkbox to make your template public to other users with access to this account.

Click Create Template to save your template.

If you are the author of the template, several options will be available to you:
  • Edit the Template button enables you to edit the template name, product number, and quantities.
  • Delete the Template button enables you to remove the selected template.
  • Select or de-select the Share with Account Users checkbox.
Method 5: Add from an Existing Order

Follow these steps to add a product to your Shopping Cart from a previous order or price inquiry:

Click Order History in the navigation menu.

On the Order History page, search for and select your desired order number to display the Order Details page for the selected order.

On the Order Details page, click the Add Order to Cart button to add all items from this order to your Shopping Cart.

Select the Build an Order link or Shopping Cart icon to display your Shopping Cart with your order information added to the lower-half of the page.
Key Tip:
After adding the products to the Shopping Cart from an existing order, you still have the ability to manually add or remove additional products as needed.
Method 6: Add from Catalog Page

Follow these steps to add a product to the Shopping Cart from the Catalog page:

Click the Catalog link from the navigation menu.

Navigate to your desired product by selecting your desired Franchise.

Alternatively, you can enter product-related search criteria (product code, descriptions, GTIN, or parts of either) into the Search Products field and select the search icon.

Enter the desired quantity into the Quantity field.

Click the Add to Cart button to add the items to your Shopping Cart.

You may check the Select All box or some boxes next to specific products. The Add all Selected Items to Cart button may be used to add only the selected products to your cart.
Key Tip:
Select the Build an Order link or Shopping Cart icon to display your Shopping Cart with your information from the Catalog added to the lower-half of the page.
Method 7: Add from a Blanket Order
Country-specific Functionality:
This section is only applicable to Singapore.

The Add from a Blanket Order option is used when you want to select products to order from a pre-negotiated contract with Johnson & Johnson.

Follow these steps to add items to your cart using Add from a Blanket Order option:

Click the Catalog link from the navigation menu.

Select your desired Blanket Order Number hyperlink to display the contract information.

On the Contract Details page, click the Add to Cart button to add all items from this order to your Shopping Cart.

Select the Build an Order link or Shopping Cart icon to display your Shopping Cart with your order information added to the lower-half of the page.
Key Tip:
After adding the products to the Shopping Cart from an existing order, you still have the ability to manually add or remove additional products as needed.
