Order History

Order History Video Overview

Watch the following video and/or read the instructions to learn how to use the Order History feature.

Important Information:
Users will be able to view Order History for orders placed via any channel, not limited to J&J Customer Connect. Users will also be able to view orders created by other users who have access to the same account.
Order History

Use the Order History page to search for and view all order-related details such as any past orders, shipping information, and invoice information.

To search for any existing order from the Order History page, follow these steps:

Click the Order History link in the navigation menu.

On the Order History page, click the Change link to search the Order History for an account number different from the one listed.

Select the Select all accounts checkbox if you would like to search all of your accounts at the same time.
Important Information:
The Change link and Select all accounts checkbox will only be available if you have more than one account associated with your profile.

You can search Order History using any of the available search criteria.
Country-specific Functionality:
The Franchise sort link and details column apply to and will appear only on the India and China portals.

Click the XLS link to download your Order History based on your search criteria.

Click the Reset button to reset any selected search criteria.

Click the Search button to execute a new search based on the search criteria you have entered.
Key Tip:
Click the arrow next to any column heading to sort the search results by this column.
Order Details

After entering your order-related search criteria, you can view the Order Details that relate to the selected order including product details, tracking information, packing slips, and invoice details. You can also add the products to your Shopping Cart to create a new order.

Follow these steps to view the Order Details:

Execute your Order History search and locate your desired order within the search results (see Order History for additional information).

On the Order History search page, select the Order Number link to view the Order Details page.

On the Order Details page, select the Shipment Information link to display the Shipping Detail pop-up, which includes the Delivery number, Carrier and Tracking reference. Please note that the availability of carrier and tracking references may vary by country and carrier.

The Excel link enables you to download the order details for the selected order in your desired format.

Click the Add Order to Cart button to add the items to your Shopping Cart and begin the process of placing a new order.
Invoice Details

From the Order Details page, you can access the Invoice Details page that contains additional invoice-related information.

To view the Invoice Details page for any selected order, follow these steps:

From the Order Details screen, click the Invoice Details link.

You can view various information linked to your order and related invoice on this screen, like Billing Date, Tracking Number and list of all the invoices for the selected order.

Click the + sign located next to the Invoice Name to view the lines in the invoice.

Select the PDF link which enables you to download a copy of the invoice.

If an invoice that you are looking for is unavailable, please contact your Customer Service Representative or J&J Accounts Team.
